Lecto is a debt collection SaaS originally built for the financial sector. To scale, it needed a brand that could move beyond its niche and connect with industries like utilities and subscription services. The product is strong, but its identity was too minimal and the messaging too technical.
We reframed Lecto's story around reducing the stress of unpaid invoices and protecting client relationships, and equipped the team with a stronger visual system, clearer messaging, and a website built to convert. These changes laid the foundation for Lecto to expand into new industries and prepare for its Series A.
